Assets Management

Let you organize and store records of assets belonging to your company. Assets such as uniform, car, mobile…etc, after stocking out to staffs, the system will record the assets, and assign to this staff as a custodian. If the staff resigns, he/she must return the assets to the company. When the staffs get transfer / promotion, they have to return the assets to their department, or transfer the custody of the assets to the other staffs. You can generate the report to audit the present circumstance of asset possession in the whole company.

Contract Management and Reminder

ICS also includes the management of insurance and license. User can organize and store records of insurance and license. Except the functions of management and record, user also can set up an arrival reminder of insurance and license, scheduling reminds the user the termination or extension of the contract etc.

ICS embraces a message system. This system is designed for sending message, remind the user to manage several things, such as a contract will be expired, extend the contract which will be terminated, item below the safety level, some items in the warehouse will be expired etc. Moreover, user also can send messages to the other users, by using the sending message function, which provided by the message system.

Import Functions

This function allows other information system generate particularly formatted useful data, directly inducted into the ICS, such as the pay-off state of purchase order, internal exchange rate, staff profiles…etc, user does not need to undergo re-operation, and also lighten the workload.

Bar code Module

A portable bar code reader is available for scanning physical inventory counts and transferring them into the ICS system. Bar code scanners can also be attached to a computer to scan inventory. It makes operations both quick and accurate.
