ICS FEATURE: PURCHASE

When the required item is out of stock, it needs to purchase. The purchasing process as below:

1. The employee fill in the normal user requisition form, apply for the demand to the company.
2. After filling the forms, send it to the director of the department for further review.
3. Acquire approval.
4. Purchase supervisor collect all the user requisition, then fill in the purchase requisition form, send it to the director of the department for further review.
5. After authorizing the application of purchase product ， supervisor generate the purchase order, then fax or mail in orders. The purchasing is finished.
6. Waiting product, delivering product, stocking product into warehouse, and then pay off.
