ICS FEATURE: STOCK

ICS stock module is divided into several functional modules. It relies on the clients' practical structure of their warehouse and the way of operation, combine each functional module to provide warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, purchasing return and related warehouse tasks. It supports FIFO (first in, first out) stock rotation and expiration-date tracking.

Simply introduce the framework of Stock In / Stock Out ：

Normal Stock Out

Staff / Out Station by acquiring approval user requisition form, to get the required items from warehouse. The stock officer checks the user requisition form and stock out the item(s).

Normal Stock In

When the purchased items arrive, stock officer would follow the purchase order of stock in the delivered items.

Inventory Physical Check

To assist in taking physical inventory, ICS allows several options designed to make this time-consuming task much easier. You can print a physical inventory worksheet, enter the counts. If there any mismatch, you can take an adjustment and update the inventory.
