ICS FEATURE: REPORTS

ICS reporting is very comprehensive and flexible:

Aging Report which is the important report in ICS because of its valuable information. It gathers the records of stock in/out operations and purchasing, then calculates and analyze, generate the information about the aging of all items in the warehouse. This report can assist you adjust the policy of purchase and stocking.

Purchasing Reports, which based on the information of purchasing, are to estimate the expense of purchasing on the following year, and delivery date of purchased items. It provides information to the purchaser, then they can undergo the purchase decision, moreover, the stock officer also can depend on the arrival date of items, prepare the stock-in procedure, and arrange spaces of warehouse for stocking in etc.

Uniform Analysis Reports will depend on the historical records of staffs uniform collecting, and the renew policy of uniform. It can predict the uniform consumption in a certain duration, providing uniform administrator an efficient purchase and management.

Stock Movement Report which displays stock on-hand, both operations of in and out. This allows stock officer to check availability of stock on-hand, audit every item movement.

Inventory Report will print recap showing opening balance, purchase, returns, issue and closing balance. These can be printed for the month, season, or year.

Free Report allows user, who depend on their own favor, to acquire what information from the table of physical database.

Other Reports

There are numerous reports available to allow choices for what and how the information should print.

All reports can be reviewed on the screen for a quick look up, exported in various format as Excel, PDF… etc or printed to paper.
